St. Elizabeth Physicians ("STEP") Third Franciscan Missionary of our Lady affiliated group to become Participating Provider with The Smoking Cessation Trust

St. Elizabeth Physician Group ("STEP") became a provider partner of the Smoking Cessation Trust effective December 15, 2015.  This is the third provider group affiliated with the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady to become participants with the Trust in the past year.  "The building of a close relationship with St. Elizabeth and its physician group will change the landscape for cessation services in Ascension Parish over the coming year!", said Mike Rogers, CEO of SCT Management Services, L3C, the company that manages the Smoking Cessation Trust program in Louisiana.

"We worked very closely with the folks at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady and St. Elizabeth Physician Group to build a foundation for a close collaboration with the FMOL facilities across Louisiana.  We have plans together for the St Elizabeth Physician Group to create a marketing leading cessation program for its patients in Ascension Parish."
