Smoking Cessation Trust Members are calling the LA State Quit-line at 1-800-QUITNOW in record numbers because of television advertising placed by the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta. The ads will run from April through June. LA Quit-line callers who may qualify for Trust benefits will be triaged to the Smoking Cessation Trust web application via automated processes behind the scenes. Once approved for benefits, they will receive the available benefits of all other Approved Trust Members.
